MEVAs safety mesh is a cost-effective buy-or-rent option for optimum worker safety.

It is fast and
easy to assemble and reduces wasting timber on construction sites. Its lengths are 130 cm and
260cm; the basic height of 115cm can be extended with 60 cm extension guards. The safety mesh
uses the same time and material saving anchoring equipment as the stop-end equipment.

Stop-Ends and Safety

Stop-end rail
All slabs up to 60 cm thick that end flush with
the wall can be poured safely and easily using the
stop-end rail (together with an anchor sleeve and
DW 15 tie). The stop-end rail is designed to take
the guard-railing post that is simply plugged on. It
allows for an easy assembly of safety attachments.

The stop-end bracket

Cantilevering slabs up to a thickness of 40 cm are
formed using the sturdy and easy-to-use stopend bracket. It carries the stop-end panel and is
equipped with an integrated height adjustment
for easy adaptation.
Saves work and time: The stop-end brackets
diagonal rail is off centre so that long tie rods do
not have to be shortened.

Anchoring
and Safety
The planing cap leaves behind a smooth surface when anchoring single-side formwork.
If an anchor sleeve is also used, the tie rod
is not lost but can be regained and re-used.
Using planing caps and anchor sleeves saves
time, work and money.
1 The jacket tube protects the anchor.
2 The planing cap is placed onto the end of the
anchor thread before the pour.
3 During the concrete pour, the planing cap simulates a flush surface and leaves an even surface
without protruding tie rods that hinder work.
4 After the pour, the planing cap is removed
and the tie rod attached with a union nut to
the anchor.
5 Anchoring for the support frame is ready.
The plastic anchor sleeve:
No rust. Easy to place, easy to use.
The anchor sleeve makes attaching the stop-end
rail or bracket safe and faste. It is rust-free and
made of high-density plastic. The first 2 cm are
unthreaded, so the tie rod can be aligned easily. A
nail holder helps to attach it to the facing. It also
automatically removes the nail when pulled out.

Anchoring for single-sided formwork

Adjustable door spindle

The continuously adjustable door spindle with
left and right thread makes it easy to form precise blockouts from 70 to 110 cm. It can be used
together with planks, timber or H20 beams.
