Bell,
Congratulations on the approval of your grant application!
PTSA received an overwhelming response from amazing grant proposals like
yours. We want to grant them all! In an attempt to provide the most funds
for the most teachers, we would like to spread out overall budget as far as it
can go.
Our committee has a couple of questions before moving forward.
1) How many calculators are in a class set?
2) Does your dollar amount include the calculator class holder or is that an
additional amount?
3) Is it feasible for your department to have a smaller class set for each
period rather than every student?
4) May we please have your purchase order/invoice with a definitive dollar
amount for all expenses?
