I will give the groups of three a quiz they will need to take to see if they understood all the important
points.

I will encourage students to protect themselves especially now that the days will be hotter.

Sun Awareness
1. Between the hours of 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. is when the sun does most damage.
2. SPF Sun Protection Factor
3. 30 is the lowest SPF you should use
4. Sunscreen needs to be re-applied every 2 hours
5. UV Rays are Ultra Violet Rays that cause damage to eyes and skin
6. Water all day to avoid dehydration
7. Hats and Glasses
8. Arizona has 350 sunny days

Student 1 good job running your fastest and throwing the jerseys into the hula-hoop
Student 2 great job working as a team trying to be quick, next time try to not throw the jerseys too
fast so the next person can get to it quickly.
