and commitment, as follows: Graduate from The State of New York Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (May 2016) Apply for, and obtain Community Health Nurse status Receive a promotional position with OMH as a nurse with a BSN by Jan. 2017 In closing, I will increase, and work on knowledge, skills, professionalism, the ability to collaborate with nursing colleagues, other health professionals, patient, and their families to promote and provide the best care possible rendering optimal results.
