is hereby acknowledged and confessed to my entire satisfaction of these be the vendor
hereof hereby sell, cede, transfer and covey by these presents have sold, ceded, transfer
and conveyed the said Burial Chamber unto ANGELINA U. MENDOZA, of legal age,
married, Filipino and with residence and postal address at 129 Malolos Ave. Bagong
Barrio, Caloocan City, their heirs, successors and assign free from all liens and
encumbrances whatsoever.
