    Hi everyone.
    Early this morning, I was informed of a glitch in the new software program that was
    preventing many of our employees from doing their work. I would like to inform you all that this
    glitch has now been taken care of as of 11:45am, Monday, February 1 st.
    I had emailed the creators of the program as soon as I was aware of the issue. They were
    more than willing to help solve the software glitch as soon as possible. They reported that it
    was a glitch with our internet connection. Everything should now be working.
    If anyone comes across anymore issues, please notify me as soon as possible to we can get
    it fixed.
