Terms & Conditions

1.

Quotation is valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon.

2.

10% deposit on materials and 100% of Engineering and Shop Drawing fees required upon receipt of Purchase Order. Deposit payments are non-refundable.

3.

Payment of full invoice required before order will ship.

4.

Steel gauge and/or steel stud spacing specification revisions from above require a revised estimate.

5.

Quotation does not include unforeseen additional steel or support requirements if specified by engineer.

6.
Changes after shop drawing submission will require a Change Order calculated by Greenstone Brandon Plant based upon engineered drawings, labour, materials, and overhead required by our company and sub-trades to
complete the work, and will be subject to a mark-up of 10%.
7.

A Stop Order issued during manufacturing will require payment in full of documented progress to date of Stop Order.

8.

5% monthly storage fee will be charged on product with customer delayed shipping or customer delayed pick-up later than 20 days after of agreed production completion date.

9.

All products remain property of Greenstone Brandon Plant until outstanding balances are paid in full.

10. All prices are FOB Greenstone Brandon Plant unless otherwise stated.
