Terms and Conditions:

1. GST : Included.
2. Payment Terms : Against Prorma invoice
3. Packing&Loading : Packing& Loading charges Included.
4. Transportation : SIDCO,Thirumudivakkam, Chennai
5. Freight & Insurance: Extra
6. Inspection : Inspection by QIPL / End User/ 3rd Party. All necessary IBR and Manufacturing Test
Certificates to be provided during Inspection.
7. Guarantee/Warranty: Any defective/damaged material to be replaced at free of cost.

Other Conditions:-

1. Delivery of above said items should be delivered immediately on the same day after receipt of
payment
2. All the correspondence shall be sent only through authorized letter / mailed to the purchaser.
3. Dispatch address and billing address shall be communicated after inspection.
4. All the Pipes and Fittings should be supplied in a single lot as per PO. No part Qty is acceptable.
5. GST BILL shall be submitted along with the materials.
