Sol and I worked on I-station, and then ran through her number 7 multiplication facts. Today, after completing the I-station assignment we worked on fractions. Today was our last day of morning intervention so we only had them for about 5 minutes and they took an end of the intervention test.

then ran through her number 7 multiplication facts. While taking the Istation assessment, I noticed she struggled with focusing on each problem and wanted to play math games on the iPad instead of taking an assessment. The assessment took her 35 minutes. Today, after completing the I-station assignment we worked on fractions. On the last assessment I noticed that when asking for she did not understand that was also 2/4 or 3/6. We drew pizzas and other fraction pictures to help her visualize! Today, before completing an assessment on the I-station, Sol played a few games on the math I-station that led into the assessment. The games that come before and after the I-station are engaging and fun for Sol. A lot of them involve solving a mystery type scenario through math. Sol completed the I-station assessment today very quick and without having to ask any questions. The problems were the same style as normal therefore I believe she has been growing in her math skills. She seemed very confident today and was even more excited than normal to be in morning intervention. Today was our last day of morning intervention so we only had them for about 5 minutes and they took an end of the intervention test. This test included multiplication facts from each number. The students were required to complete as many multiplication facts as possible in 4 minutes and a half minutes. Sol did well but struggled with her 12s. Overall, I believe she grew in her math skills.
