Hyderabad Duty Free Retail Limited (HDF) is a 100% subsidiary of GMR Hyderabad International
Airport Limited operating duty free stores in International Arrivals and Departures selling products like
Liquor, Tobacco, Confectionery, Perfumes, and Destination. To support our expansion plans of the
business, we are on lookout for hiring young, smart & energetic Customer Service Executives /
Brand Ambassadors / Cashiers.
Qualification, Experience & Competencies :
Intermediate or Graduation in any stream having 6 months to 5 years of experience.
He/She needs to possess a valid indian passport issued on or after 1st Jan 2012.
Age should be between 21 to 26 years.
Knowledge of Retail Sales Operations & Selling Techniques, Cashing.
Customer Orientation, Awareness of Standard Operating Procedures.
Communication Skills, Etiquette & Grooming Standards.
Job Responsibilities :
Achieving Sales Targets in his/her shift for assigned product category.
Help customers to select the product by explaining the products in assigned category.
Maintaining Visual Merchandising standards, Inventory management.
Strictly follow the Compliance related aspects of the Duty Free Operations.
Shift Pattern & Remuneration :
Morning Shift from 8 AM to 8 PM & Night Shift from 8 PM to 8 AM.
12 hours shift pattern with 4 Working days in a week.
Salary & Designation shall commensurate with position and experience and will not be a
constraint for the deserving candidates.
In addition, you will be eligible for Sodexo Food Coupons (Rs.1200/- P.M.), Monthly Pushpak
Bus Pass (Rs.2500/- P.M.) and Employee Incentive Schemes (as applicable).
