Guideline for Login Configuration Setting 2013

NOTE:
THIS GUIDELINE IS RESTRICTED BASED ON THE WINDOWS & IE VERSION OF THE PC. INCASE THE LOGIN
STILL FAILED AFTER FOLLOWED THIS GUIDELINE, PLEASE CONTACT MAINTENANCE TEAM FOR

1. Go to ePerolehan websites (http://home.eperolehan.com.my/v2/index.php/bm/muatturun/utiliti-medium-akses-eperolehan) and download the respective client modules based on
the user medium access.
2. If the client module successfully installed, below icon/detail will appear. (Make sure plug in the
medium access first)
For ePXS

For Smartcard
At the login page, click on the ePerolehan Logo and it will appear status Smartcard Ready

3. Check the setting at the Tools> ActiveX Filtering and make sure the menu is un-tick. (Please refer
below screen)

4. Then click on menu Tools> Compatibility View Settings and compatibility pop up will appear as
below and add the address as shown in the below screen.

5. Next go to Tools> Internet Option> Security. Under Security tab, click on button Reset All Zones
to Default Level as shown in below screen.

6. Next go to Tools> Internet Options> Security. Under Security tab, there are 4 different zone and
for below 3 zone, select each zone and follow security setting as shown below:-

7. For zone Trusted Sites, click on the zone icon Trusted sites and then click on Custom Level.
Security setting pop up will appear as below. Go to setting ActiveX controls and plug-ins and
enable all activeX and click Ok.

8. After that, under the same zone, click on button Sites and make sure there are link for
eperolehan for both http/https, as shown in below screen.

9. After complete with the setting, click button Apply and Ok. Then please clear cache by go to
Tools> Delete browsing history and then click Delete button (details shown in below screen).
After that if necessary restart the computer. Then try to login to ePerolehan. . INCASE THE
LOGIN STILL FAILED AFTER FOLLOWED THIS GUIDELINE, PLEASE CONTACT MAINTENANCE
TEAM FOR FURTHER ASSIST.
