We have approximately 400 employees in the Group. BRC is a solution provider for prefabricated reinforcing steel and has been involved in the design and manufacture of steel mesh since 1938. We were one of the pioneer manufacturers af steel mesh in Singapore and were granted pioneer status by the Government in 1963. ‘Through our pro-active engagement with engineers, contractors and steel fixers, BRC has over the years, successfully developed innovative products like beam/columnipilecap cages, Civil Defence shelter mesh, F-mesh and heavy prefabricated beam and column reinforcement. Our latest state-of-the-art mesh welding machines are highly flexible and efficient, enabling instant changes in mesh configurations and diameters. As a result, we are now able to tallor-make mesh to ‘our customers’ requirements on a Just-In-Time basis with response time of 24 hours or less. BRC's vision is to prefabricate a major portion of reinforcement in reinforced concrete structures for in-situ installation or for pre-cast elements. By transferring the labourious and unproductive in-situ steel fixing work to factory fabrication, we help our customers boost thelr site productivity significanty. Substantial benefits in on-site manpower savings, sherler construction cycle, better buildabilty and productivity are now achievable, BRC firmly supports the initiatives spelt out in Construction 21 for the industry to reduce reliance on unskilled workers and to adopt labour-efficient design and pre-assembled products. BRC will therefore ‘continue to invest in the latest machinery, information technology, engineering resources and research land development in our effort to be Your Partner in Reinforcing Solution Page Piero OG oe COC Wall Mesh Prefabricated Column / Column Link Cage Beam Stirup Cage a 2 Drainage Mesh Prefabricated Beam Prefabricated Drop Pane!
