According to a report by G. John Richards, Prosecuting Attorney of Lincoln County, the

following case was heard in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County before the Honorable David
Ash on May 10, 2010.

STATE OF MISSOURI VS. GARY KARAZ

Gary Karaz, 40, of Moscow Mills, entered a plea of guilty to the class C felony of stealing. The
defendant received a sentence of five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. The
Court followed the State’s recommendation. This sentence arose out of the events between May
4, 2007 and August 12, 2007, in the County of Lincoln, State of Missouri, the defendant
appropriated a yard machine riding lawn mower, of a value of more than five hundred dollars,
which property was owned by the victim, and defendant appropriated such property without the
consent of the victim and with the purpose to deprive him thereof.
