According to a report by G. John Richards, Prosecuting Attorney of Lincoln County, the


following case was heard in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County before the Honorable Amy
Kinker on June 09, 2010.

STATE OF MISSOURI VS. RICHARD ROBINSON, JR.

Richard Robinson, Jr., 26, of Troy, entered a plea of guilty to the Class C Felony of possession
of a controlled substance. The defendant received a suspended execution of sentence of four
years in the Missouri Department of Corrections and was placed on five years probation with the
Missouri Board of Probation and Parole. The Court followed the State’s recommendation. This
sentence arose out of the events of June 14, 2008, in the County of Lincoln, State of Missouri,
the defendant possessed Darvocet, a controlled substance, knowing of its presence and nature.
