According to a report by G. John Richards, Prosecuting Attorney of Lincoln County, the


following case was heard in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County before the Honorable David
Ash on June 14, 2010.

STATE OF MISSOURI VS. RACHEL HARKE

Rachel Harke, 20, of Old Monroe, entered a plea of guilty to the Class D Felony of attempted
possession of a controlled substance. The defendant received a suspended imposition of sentence
of five years with the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole. The Court ordered the defendant
to undergo drug treatment. The Court followed the State’s recommendation. This sentence arose
out of the events of December 08, 2009, in the County of Lincoln, State of Missouri, the
defendant attempted to possess heroin, a controlled substance, knowing of its presence and
nature.
