According to a report by G. John Richards, Prosecuting Attorney of Lincoln County, the

following cases were heard in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County before the Honorable Ben
Burkemper on March 17, 2010.

STATE OF MISSOURI vs. JOSHUA WAYNE YOUNG

Joshua Wayne Young, age 36, of Quincy Il, entered a plea of guilty to 3 counts of the class D
felony Non Support. The defendant received a sentence of two years in the Missouri Department
of Corrections on each count to be served concurrent. This sentence arose out of the events of
December 2008 through May 2009, in the County of Lincoln, State of Missouri, in which the
defendant knowingly failed to provide, without good cause, adequate support for the 3 minor
children for whom defendant was legally obligated to provide support. The Court followed the
State’s recommendation.
