According to a report by G. John Richards, Prosecuting Attorney of Lincoln County, the

following cases were heard in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County before the Honorable Ben
Burkemper on March 10, 2010.

STATE OF MISSOURI vs. CHRISTINE HUBERT

Christine Hubert, age 44, of Florissant, MO, entered a plea of guilty to 1 count of the class D
felony Non Support. The defendant was sentenced to 3 years Court supervised probation and
ordered to pay current support each month. This sentence arose out of the events of April, May,
June, October, November, and December 2008, in the County of Lincoln, State of Missouri, in
which the defendant knowingly failed to provide, without good cause, adequate support for the
minor child for whom defendant was legally obligated to provide support. The Court followed
the State’s recommendation.
