According to a report by G. John Richards, Prosecuting Attorney of Lincoln County, the


following case was heard in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County before the Honorable Ben
Burkemper on March 23, 2010.

STATE OF MISSOURI VS. JASON WILLIAMS

Jason Williams, 30, of Troy, entered a plea of guilty to three Class B felonies of child
molestation in the first degree and the Class D felony of sexual misconduct involving a child by
indecent exposure. The defendant received a sentence of eight years in the Missouri Department
of Corrections for each count of child molestation and four years for the count of sexual
misconduct, all to be served concurrent. This sentence arose out of the events of December 21,
2008 through January 05, 2009, in the County of Lincoln, State of Missouri, the defendant
subjected the victim, who was then less than fourteen years old to sexual contact by placing the
victim’s hand on the defendant’s penis, and the defendant subjected the victim, who was then
less than fourteen years old to sexual contact by placing the defendant’s hand on the victim’s
vagina, and the defendant subjected the victim, who was then less than fourteen years old to
sexual contact by touching defendant’s penis to the victims vagina and the defendant knowingly
exposed his genitals to the victim, a child less than fourteen years of age and did so for the
purpose of gratifying the sexual desire of any person.
