JobResponsibilities:
Readingandunderstandingdrawings;
Assistinginpricingofestimatesandcostplans;
Completionoffulltradeandelementaltakeoff;
Measuringquantitiesforvariations;
Undertakesitevisitandassistincompletingvaluationsofworkcompleteonsite;
Assistinpreparingcashflows;
Assistinamending/updatingCostReports;
Assistinthewritingofmonthlyreports;
Assistinprovidingaccuratecostadvicetoclients;
Undertakecostanalysis;
Assistinestablishingaclientsrequirementsandundertakingfeasibilitystudies;
Abilitytomaximizetheuseofappropriatesoftwareandtechnologye.g.MSOfficeand
CostX.

Approximately12yearsexperienceinasimilarrolepreferablebutalsopreparedtoaccept
applicationsfromrecentlyqualifiedgraduates;
MembershipinanapprovedProfessionalBody(eg.AIQS,RICS,CIOB)oreligibilityfor
membership;
Localknowledgeoftheconstructionindustryincludingdevelopment,contractingand
consultingsectors;
Selfmotivatedwithahighdegreeofintegrity,honestyandethics;
Excellentcommunicationskillsverbalandwritten;
Abilitytoworkinateamandindependently;
Demonstratedskillsinclientfilemanagement,planningandorganisation.
