Role Description

Main Purpose of the Job:

Exciting opportunity to join a highly talented team of commercial professionals on one of the most prestigious
projects in Qatar. The role will be responsible for the budgetary, estimation and cost control for the
incorporation of significant Architectural or MEP project components.

Key Responsibilities/ Duties:

Pre-contract procurement estimation

Post-contract amendment of sums (claims)
Monitoring and detailed reporting on budget
Valuing completed work and arranging payments
Reviewing tender and contract documents for the client
Undertaking costs analysis for work completed
Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
Preparing and analysing budget costings for tenders
Performing risk and value management and cost control
Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks
Providing advice on contractual claims
Analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports

Role Requirements (Skills & Behaviours)

Degree Qualified
Minimum 10 years experience
Strong estimation experience (essential)
High Quality fit out OR Architectural finishing experience (essential)
Budget and cost control experience
Pre and Post Contract Cost management experience
Previously worked for internationally recognised consultant or contractor
