 Bachelor’s degree in a related field (engineering or construction) and significant experience

as an estimator, quantity surveyor, cost engineer, construction manager or an equivalent

combination of education and experience. Post graduate degree is an asset.
 Subject matter expertise in data collection and analysis, estimating principles and the
construction of Major Civil Infrastructure projects.
 Ability to analyse, interpret and understand technical drawings and Project's contract and
commercial requirements in the preparation of cost estimates. Experience with change orders
and claims is an asset.
 Experience leading full scope estimate production and acting as product manager during
development, review, reconciliation, and presentation of cost estimate.
 Experience negotiating GMP/Target Price and/or dealing with contractors at the project
