TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The signed Registration Form authorizes your child to participate in any of the
All Pro Trainings training programs and school holiday football camps for
the related term, camp or session to which fees have been paid in full for. The signed
registration form will deemed to be valid annually for each calendar year.

All Pro Training or any of its coaching staff accepts no responsibility for any
injury, death, loss or damage to the applicant player during our training programmers.
Parent(s)/Guardian(s) understand and are fully aware of the risks associated with their child participating in the
activities provided by All Pro Training and participate at their own risk and shall indemnify All Pro Training and its
staff against all actions, suits, proceedings, demands, costs and expenses which may be taken or made against All
Pro Training.

All Pro Training has Comprehensive Insurance cover including Public Liability and Personal Accident for all
our players. If you require further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

All Pro Training accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any personal property whilst attending
any of our training programs and school holiday football camps.

4.

You warrant All Pro Training and its officers, members and servants the right to obtain medical care for the
applicant player from any qualified person should the need arise in a case when the registered players
Parent(s)/Guardian(s) are not immediately available to grant authorization.

If a player is seriously injured where an ambulance is required, All Pro Training and its officers will call for
an ambulance if the players Parent(s)/Guardian(s) are not immediately available to grant authorization. The cost for
the ambulance will be at the players expense.

You must disclose to All Pro Training of any medical conditions the registered player has where applicable
on the registration form. Such information will be kept strictly confidential by All Pro Training as is other personal
information we may collect.

All Pro Training will notify all Parent(s)/Guardian(s) via a SMS and/or email that a session is to be
postponed or reschedule to another venue in the event of wet weather or extreme heat.

All Pro Training does not provide refunds for extensive absenteeism during a term.
a. You must contact All Pro Training if the registered player is unable to attend the scheduled session. All Pro
Training will try and accommodate wherever possible but does not guarantee a makeup session. .

The registered player must respect the coaching staff of All Pro Training and other registered players in the
training sessions. In the case of bad language, violence, ignorant conduct and behavior that prevent the session
from preceding the coaching staff reserve the right to remove such player. If the player does not comply, the
coaching staff may, in his/her discretion terminate the players registration and expel the player from All Pro
Training. Upon expulsion all related fees will be forfeited by the registry.

It is compulsory that all registered players wear the All Pro Training official uniform. Appropriate footwear
(Trainers or football boots, depending on the surface) must be worn to ensure safety and maximum enjoyment.

Please ensure your child is punctual in his/her attendance at all training sessions (at least 10 minutes prior
to the start time). If your child is late he/she may be asked to sit to the side of the session until trainer/group has
finished their current practice.

Please ensure an All Pro Training staff member is present at the venue before leaving your child for his
session.

All Pro Training defines the following skill levels:

a. Beginners: Players with no or little soccer skills or experience
b. Intermediate: Players who have an understanding of basic soccer skills

c. Advanced: Players who have a high level of technical ability and confidence.

All Pro Training may grade players into specific groups and this is at the discretion of All Pro Training
coaching staff and is dependent on the players ability.

During sessions Parent(s)/Guardian(s) and siblings are NOT to enter the field of play at ANY time during the
session. Please keep to a safe distance away from the training area. Persistent offenders may be asked to leave
the venue and their child may be asked to leave the Academy without a refund.

Fees; All Pro Training is a Non-Profit Organization; therefore, camp will be at no cost to those participating.
