The indicated rules and regulations are just PRELIMINARY VERSION which means that it may or may
not be subjected to revision.
I. Composition (Eligibility)
Each team must consist of 13 BOY players. And may consist of both junior and senior
high school players.
Participants must wear uniformed clothes representing their respective teams for easy
identification. Strictly, NO UNIFORM NO PLAY.
Furthermore, all participants shall wear sports attire appropriate for the game to
maximize their movements.
Each team must pay the registration fee worth of 1, 500 PhP. Each school may register
as many team as they want so long as they pay the aforementioned registration fee for
each team.
The tournament committee makes all final decisions concerning all grievances; i.e
protests, eligibility, etc.
The officials will only refer to the official scorekeepers, referees, and timekeepers of the
game at hand.
Insulting any of the tournament committee will not be tolerated and will result in a
technical foul.
Each team must submit a hardcopy of their team’s gallery. You may find enclosed the
form to be filled-up. It must be submitted not later than April 20, 2023. You may submit it
to MSU-Marawi Senior High School (Annex, Old CHS Building) room 1 and search for
Haniya Abdulmalik.
Each participant must submit the following requirements. Failure to submit on or before
April 17, 2023 will result to disqualification.
1. Fully accomplished registration form
2. Certification from school proving that the athlete is a bona fide student of
their respective school.
3. Valid School I.D.
4. Parental Waiver Form
You may find enclosed the registration form along with the waiver.
Competition will be round robin and forfeits will be counted as one game.
Roster must be submitted to the tournament manager before the first game. No adding
or deleting after first game. A team will be charged with a forfeit if it uses an ineligible
player that is not on the roster.
Game time is strictly forfeit time. A five-minute grace period will be given.
Official scorekeeper must be notified before a substitution can be made, which will be
allowed on all dead ball situations.
Individuals fighting in or off court will be subjected to ejection from the game.
