Returning of the allotted official Laptop after physical damage

Sir,
There was an unfortunate accident happened on 21.04.2016 as a small truck had hit my motorbike
and the official laptop got physically damaged. Although the laptop is working fine it seems the heavy jolt
may have led to the CPU fan stopping abruptly almost frequently. Theres a distinct possibility that
official data may get corrupted if any system failure occurs to the laptop. Hence, I am returning the laptop
to the Store-In-charge after a thorough Data backup procedure.
I, request you, kindly grant my apology for the mishap that caused the damage to the official
laptop.
