SYSTEMS COMPLIANCE COMMITMENT LETTER

Dear Sir/Ma’am:
I, Elizabeth Guichard Aparicio, have spoken to Recruitment Specialist Khenn Dela Cruz regarding HYPR
Service’s policy on computer specifications and internet speed requirement.
I fully understand that the Virtual Assistants of HYPR Service are required to have a MAIN and BACKUP
system to ensure preparedness if unfortunate circumstances such as power/internet outages and device
malfunction arise. Thus, listed below are the minimum standards that I should meet while rendering my service
to my client/s.
Internet Speedtest

● Internet Speed: should NOT BE LOWER than 20.0 Mbps BOTH Upload and Download Speeds

Computer Specifications

● Computer Operating System: AT LEAST Windows 10 , MacOs

● Computer Processor:  AT LEAST i3 or AMD Ryzen 3
● Computer Memory/RAM: AT LEAST 4.00 GB

Date of Compliance for Backup Internet: (insert date not later than 30 days from now)

Date of Compliance for Backup Computer: 06/06/2023

As my commitment, I take FULL RESPONSIBILITY of any issues pertaining to my equipment. Hence, I

understand that I WILL NOT be able to continue the training and/or get endorsed to a client due to technical
reasons .
If I get placed with a client and I encounter problems with my main and backup internet/computer which directly
impacts my ability to complete my working hours, I WILL BE REMOVED from the paired client and will be on a
FLOATING STATUS until my issues are fixed.
