The construction preliminary works are started with securing

the site with a Fence. While securing the site , We can set up the site and do the
welfare activities parally. So both these tasks can be started in the same day. There is a

The demolition works and the site strip works can be
identified as parallel work activities. Because both activities are done by using heavy
machinery so starting both tasks at a single time will less consume the time for the work

The round remediation work can be start after the securing the
site because the round leveling process are long time consuming and they should be
monitored properly. The remediation process can be started from an area of less
demolition work and the remediation work can be monitored afiter finishing the
preliminary work. we can start the substructure work the substructure works can e

The first work in the substructure stage of a project is
marking the pilling positions accurately so after the ground remediation activities

After finishing the excavations and placing of utility and
drainage ducts we can start filling the excavations with hard core substances.
In the finishing date of piling operations SRC pile caps can
be done as a finish to start process. The SRC pile beams can also be finished in the
same date of the SRC pile caps process. So the is a finish to finish process.
This process will finish the substructure work and the
superstore work has to be commenced with the fixing of the steel structure. After

establishing the steel structure we can fix the scaffoldings whole superstore works are
helped by these scafolidings. When the steel frame is fixed we can start the building the
masonary wall in the lower levels. When the scaffoldings are totally fixed we can build
the upper levels of the masonary wall.
The insulation works has to done as a finish to start process
along with the completion of the masonary wall. Because the insulations has to be done
in each of the masonary wall.
As the insulation process is over the roofing and claddin
fixation can be started and also the window finishing can also be started. In the
completion of the roofing and cladding the windows must also be finished
Then the mastic pointing has to applied complete the
finishing works. This has to be done after completion of all the finishing works like
insulation.
