According to the site- meeting held with the Contractors Representative, the following ticked condition should be considered.
1 OMD Must be informed about Starting Date
2 Trial holes must be made of Contractor and checked by OMD inspector before Excavation.
3 Code of Practice. Should be applied.
4 A clearance to one meter is required
5 OMD should be called on 17875555 to inspect clearance before backfilling.
6 All affected M/H covers &gully gratings should be adjusted to the road level.
7 The system be demolished and rebuilt in accordance with MOWPWS Standard Details Drawing &
Specification for Sewerage & Drainage Civil Engineering.
8 Concrete Protection of 150 mm is required.
9 Any Crossing of OMD services must be reported to at any time.
10 A copy of the W.L, P.P, and the site meeting log must always be kept with the Forman on site.
11 the Contractor must immediately inform OMD on about any old & new damages found.
12 OMD Plant should not be moved without prior permission from OMD.
13 Any Contractor intends to work at night contact OMD on not later than 1.00 pm same day
14 For any emergency work, the contractor should contact OMD on before Commencing work.
15 Any Contractor working on any OMD system should obtain a Permit to Work which is issued by
OMDs Operations Division on weekly basis.
16 Any Contractor intends to pump ground water into any of OMD system should obtain a pumping permit
Which is issued by OMDs operation Division on weekly basis.
