1.01
Necessary site cleaning – Removal of all existing masonry/ concrete structures, floor finishes, uprooting and

The Contractor shall send to the HOE of TFPL once a week an account giving particulars of all claims for any
expenses which the Contractor may consider itself entitled to under Clause 5 and of all extra additional wor
HOE of TFPL which has been executed by the Contractor during the preceding week. Payments for any such
considered only if the claim has been made within two weeks from the date of the Contract becomes entitle
additional payments.
2.13
The Contractor shall at all times keep the premises, access roads etc. free from accumulation of waste mate
caused by its operations. At the completion of the work he shall remove all his waste material and rubbish f
workplace as well as its tools, equipment machinery and surplus material and shall ensure that the site is cle

2.17 The contractor shall obtain and maintain a Contractors’ Insurance Policy, Workmen’s Compensation and Pub
Insurance policies for the construction period and keep the Company freed and indemnified at all times aga

2.18 Risk and title to the work shall pass only upon handing over of same to the Company and the Contractor sha
carried out by the Contractor at the site up to such point.
2.19 The Contractor shall repair immediately any damage to the Company’s property or property/is of third parti
performance of the work at site at the Contractors cost and expense.
2.2 The contract sum includes the cost of material. The Company shall have the right to supply material directly
and deduct the amount quoted from the contract sum on agreed rates for such supply.
2.21 The quantity of excavation, concrete, formwork and steel reinforcements etc. must be certified by the HOE
payment. Joint measurement sheets shall be maintained for this purpose.
2.22
The Contractor shall ensure that all Labor Laws are complied with, necessary safety gear is provided, food/ d
accommodation is provided, necessary insurance covers obtained, safety training is provided for all labor de

2.23
The Contractor shall not use the canal/s to dispose refuse items such as oil, cement, chemicals, soap, waste

2.28
A list of machinery, tools, equipment etc. brought into the TFPL premises with prior notification, declared to
