1 CONTRACTOR’S SCOPE OF WORK

1.01
Necessary site cleaning – Removal of all existing masonry/ concrete structures, floor finishes, uprooting and
non-use offcuts, all debris shall separate and show to TFPL Engineering store before dispose. All the debris s

2 TERMS & CONDITIONS

2.01 The date of commencement of this project shall be….........................


2.02 Contractor shall start works against PO and available materials until receiving project materials. Contractor s
machines and equipment’s as per instructions issued by OEM/ TFPL.
2.03 Against receiving project materials to company HOE of TFPL shall informed to contractor inwriting letter/ em

The Contractor shall send to the HOE of TFPL once a week an account giving particulars of all claims for any
expenses which the Contractor may consider itself entitled to under Clause 5 and of all extra additional wor
HOE of TFPL which has been executed by the Contractor during the preceding week. Payments for any such
considered only if the claim has been made within two weeks from the date of the Contract becomes entitle

2.13
The Contractor shall at all times keep the premises, access roads etc. free from accumulation of waste mate

2.17 The contractor shall obtain and maintain a Contractors’ Insurance Policy, Workmen’s Compensation and Pub

2.18 Risk and title to the work shall pass only upon handing over of same to the Company and the Contractor sha

2.19 The Contractor shall repair immediately any damage to the Company’s property or property/is of third parti
