PROCIDURES

WE BOIL THE CHICKEN WITH SALT. WHEN CHICKEN IS COOKED, WE


REMOVE IT, LET COOL FOR A WHILE AND THEN WE CUTIT IN SMALL
PIECES, KEEPITIN A BOWL.
WE NEED YELLOW CHILLI PEPPER GROUNDED, THEN SMASH THE
BREAD INTO SMALL PIECES, WE TAKE BREAD AND PUT IT IN TO THE
BLENDER.
IN A PAN HEAT A LITTLE VEGETABLE OIL AND FRY THE CHOPPED ONION
AND COPPED GARLIC FOR ONE MINUTE. ADD A PINCH OF SALT,
PEPPER, CUMIN AND STICK MIX DRESSING AND LET IT CONTINUE
FRYING ONE MINUTE MORE.
WHILE DRESSING UP IS STILL FRIYING POUR THE CREAM BASE THAT
WE HAVE LIQUEFIED, MIX AND COOK FOR FIVE MINUTE OVER MEDIUM
BEAT, STIRRING FROM TIME TO TIME TO PRESENT THE PEGUE.
FINALLY, THE PREPARED IS INCORPORATED THREAD CHICKEN BREAST,
MIX AND LET IT TO CONTINUE COOKING OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR TEN
MINUTES, STIRRING FROM TIME REMEMBERRING INSTEAD THAT THE
CREAM DOES NOT STICK TO THE BOTTOM OF THE POT.
NOW, WE GOT THE CHICKEN CHILLI PEPPER READY, WE HAVE ONLY
SLICE FROM THE BOILED POTATOES AND BOILED EGGS IN HALF.
