    sakenah resort is planning to built a system known as the Sakenah Resort
    Member Payment Management System. This system should be able to handle
    all the thebills involving all the purchases done by the member. Each
    registered member fills in a form for each purchases or service used in the
    resort. Member needs to fill 2 types of forms. The first form is for the usage of
    the service such as tennis training and archery and as well as any purchasing
    of good from the restaurant and booking of rest house. After each payment is
    made, the member will be produced which are the sales and purchase slip. The
    member information will kept in the purchase file and sales file. The report
    from both these files will be passed to the Account Department. The name list
    of the member who have made purchase in the resort will be updated as well
    every month. This name list will be kept in the member file. The overall sales
    and purchase report from the Accounts Department will be given to the resort
    manager every end of the month.
