Trail Ride Procedures
All fees must be paid in-full at time of reservation.

All trail rides guided at a walking pace (no trotting or loping


allowed on trail rides).

Riding double is not permitted.

All riders must sign a “hold harmless” agreement or


parents/guardians must sign for riders under 18 years.

All riders must arrive and check in at office at least 30 minutes


prior to the scheduled departure time and stay on the office
deck until escorted to the barn by the trail guide. ALL RIDES
WILL LEAVE AT SCHEDULED TIME.

Minimum age for children to ride is 7 years old. Riders under


12 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardia.
Helmets will be provided and are required for all riders under
18 years old.

Open-toed or dress shoes are not permitted for riding. Boots or


shoes are preferable; tennis shoes can be worn.

Our horses can accommodate a rider’s weight no heavier than


200 lbs.

Riding and safety instruction are given once all riders are
mounted and before departure.

Trail rides may be terminated if rider fails to follow trail guide


instructions.

Patrons must have a DoD ID to use the Equestrian Center.
