and the Privacy Act of the United States of America. MY DUTIES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. To locate and verify NRFU (non-
response follow up) addresses listed on the D-103.1 (address list) contained in my AA Binder(assignment area binder) by using
census block maps 2. Conduct interviews, collect population and demographic information for each of the NRFU addresses in my
AA in order to determine the status of each on Census Day (April 1, 2010). 3. Record the information given by the respondent on to
the D-1(E)/Enumerator Questionnaire 4. Record the present day`s date and status code (based on Census Day) to the D 103.1
(Address List) 5. Daily meetings with Crew Leader (CL) or the Crew Leader Assisstant (CLA) to discuss progess and events of the
previous day and to turn in D-308 (Daily Pay and Work Record)of the previous day.

I am responsible for all aspects of administration and marketing. I supervise 5 part time employees that help with the duties
described herein. Answering phone, scheduling appointments and writing up the work orders. Purchase Orders are written per
owner/decorator`s instructions according to the work order. Contact vendors via phone,fax, or email to place order for materials
needed (e.g. fabric, furniture, pictures, etc.) to complete each job. Purchase orders are filed until materials are received. When
materials are received a receiving order is written and matched with respective purchase order(s). The purchase order(s) matched
with receiving order(s) and the work order. These documents become one file known as the "job file". The "job file" [folder
containing client profile, work order, purchase order(s),and receiving order(s)] is filed is assigned a number and filed accordingly.
When the respective invoice(s) are received they are checked against purchase and receiving orders and if everything is correct, the
invoice is attached to the "job file" with a paper clip and presented to the owner/decorator for approval to pay. After payables are
paid, the "job file" is complete
and filed properly. I also oversee the office supply cabinet (monthly inventory) to make sure it is fully stocked with office supplies
(e.g. paper clips, file folders, printer ink, pens, pencils, staples, etc.). Purchase and receiving orders are also closely monitored in
this department as well so invoices can be paid in an orderly and timely manner. I am a digital design artist and design all
marketing material. I am also the director of marketing; so, not only do I design the logos, ads, brochures, signs, posters, and
business cards, I also create and maintain all social networking profiles (i.e. Facebook, Merchant Circle, Google and Yahoo
business profiles), implement internet marketing campaigns, and design/maintain websites.
