Meet the Winemaker Dinner


Tuesday June 29th, 2010 at 6:00pm
Meet and socialize with Philippe Coquard, winemaker at Wollersheim Winery outdoors
under the Paddock Tent at Quiveys Grove. We are celebrating 30 years of business at
Quiveys Grove, and 30 years of Domaine du Sac from Wollersheim. Philippe and his
staff will be pouring tastes of many of their wines during a social hour, before sitting
down to an informal wine dinner, hosted by Philippe.

Black Angus steer tenderloin, dry rubbed, and slowly smoke roasted, served on garlic sourdough,
with carmelized sweet onions, and shitake mushroom steak sauce, with Dairyland cheese potato.

Chocolate Cream Puff


Fresh baked choux paste puff, filled with chocolate Bavarian cream,
drizzled with dark chocolate, and dusted with powdered sugar.
