    Re: Arrest Made in March 2010 Home Invasion Robbery Case

    In March 2010 the Auburn Police Department requested the public’s assistance with the
    identification of a suspect who forced his way into an Orchard Street residence assaulting
    the resident with a large piece of wood and then demanding and stealing money from the
    victim.

    After a lengthy investigation conducted by Det. Bryant Bergenstock, a suspect identity


    was developed and yesterday June 21, 2010 the suspect was located, interviewed and
    subsequently arrested for the incident.

    Arrested:

    Anthony Joseph Telego II / 24 years of age


    21 Logan St Apt.#1 Auburn, NY

    Charges:

    2 cts. Burglary 1st / Class B Felony


    1 ct. Robbery 1st / Class B felony
    1 ct. Assault 2nd / Class D felony
    1 ct. Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd / Class D felony
