INFORMATION:
Undersigned was approached by the victim while patrolling the camp area of the Electric Forest Festival on
this incident. She claimed she was slapped on the buttocks by a driver of golf cart taxi;Findings follow.

INTERVIEW VICTIM/COMPLAINANT:

stated that while she was walking down the road she heard a subject whistle at her and then slap
her on the buttocks with an open hand. stated that she wanted the subject located so she could
pursue charges for "sexual harassment".

provided a description of the suspect listed below in the Suspect section of this report.

INVESTIGATION:

Due to the large number of people exiting the music festival undersigned determined the best course of action
would be to set up by the front gate near the lost and found booth where the taxi drivers picked up their fares.
Officer continually looked for the suspect while performing other duties.

Officer was recontacted by at appox. 0240 hrs. stated that she had located the suspect
at the charging station in the campground. Officer was at that time assisting Tpr. DOYEN with a hit and run
motor vehicle accident and requested Tprs. BLOOM and D. JOHNSON to escort to the charging
station and attempt to locate the suspect for questioning. They were unable to locate the suspect and returned
to her camp site.

Prior to leaving the area, officer made another sweep in an attempt to locate the suspect but was not successful
in locating or identifying the suspect.

INJURIES:
None.

SUSPECT:

described the suspect as a white male driving an extended golf cart taxi, unknown color, with
Christmas lights strung up on the inside. stated that she could not say if the suspect had facial hair
but described him as wearing a fedora styled hat that had a distinctive, possibly checkered pattern.
