POSSIBLE SEXUAL ASSAULT

INFORMATION:
I was dispatched to Hackley Hospital in regards to a CSC complaint. The incident was said to have happened
on 06/26/2015 in Rothbury, MI at the electric forest festival. While at the venue,
the victim stated to medical officials "she felt weird down there and requested medical
attention." was transported to Hackley hospital at approximately 1900 for medical treatment.

When I arrived at the hospital the following morning at 0730, I spoke with TARA
BLANDFORD-MAYBERRY, the nurse who collected the CSC kit. TARA stated she did not observe any
signs leading her to believe had been sexually assaulted. TARA stated though
did have bruises on her legs, she stated had fallen several times prior to arriving at the medical tent. TARA
said when arrived at the hospital she was unresponsive to conversation in what seemed to be
an unconscious state of mind (blacked out). TARA advised stated she often takes drugs to deal
with things that scares her. TARA said through conversation with she muttered "heroin bad".
TARA said requested to take a shower before further questioning took place. TARA said
was covered in mud when she arrived from the festival. TARA stated
toxicology report indicated she was under the influence of cocaine, marijuana and benzoids (xanax, valume
and adavant).

I spoke with in room 29 in the emergency room where she was being treated. When I entered
the room, was laying on the bed curled up in the fetal position looking at me with a blank
stare. I sat down beside her and asked if she was she said huh....yes I am. I asked
what was going on and she said she did not know. I asked why she was here,
she said because she got sick while at the electric forest festival. I informed I was not at the
hospital to get her into trouble, I was there to make sure she was ok. I again asked what her name was, she said
said she was at the festival with her friends and she wandered away from them
because it was her birthday and she thought they did not care about her. stated after she had
wandered, she found the people who cared about her but could not remember their names. said
during her journey she had fallen due to her intoxication believing that is where the bruising came from.
continued to state she needed to change the way she lived her life and her outlook on life.
stated to me she uses too many drugs but did not state which particular drugs she used.
stated when she found the people who cared about her, they did a lot of drugs. Again, unable
to identify which drugs she had done. said she began to fell sick, that is when her friends
brought her over to the medical tent for examination.

I asked why she made statements to the medical staff about being sexually assaulted when she
believed she was sick from the drugs she had consumed. said she does not believe that she was
sexually assaulted, she believes someone else that she was around was. I asked what facts
brought her to that conclusion, she stated the voices in her head told her that someone was being sexually
assaulted but she felt the pain of it. I asked what causes the voices to speak in her head, she
said she has never tried acid before. The answer to the previous question suggested she was experimenting
with drugs she was unfamiliar with. Throughout the conversation, would look at me with a
blank stare and mutter, her lips not making a sound. After I would ask a question, she would
stare at me then state three words take a breath and continue her statements in short sentences. As I would ask
questions, she would state I know what I want to say but I don't know if i'm allowed to say it.
