On below listed date, time and venue, U/S troopers responded to the Rothbury, MI Electric Forest Festival
main event medical center for general
admission campground area for an unresponsive unknown white female (aka / Jane Doe) lying on the ground
having her pants pulled down.

Electric Forest Festival event medical staff attempts to revive this patient with NARCAN types of medication
where unsuccessful. This patient was transported via ambulance to Muskegon, MI / Hackly Hospital for further
medical care.

D/Tpr Casey Trucks responded the Hackly hospital and made contact with this patient. When the patient was
responsive, the patient advised that she was not sexually assaulted and succumbed to effects of too much
partying at the music festival. The patient explains that she passed out with her pants down while attempting to
take care of her feminine hygiene concerns. The patient was identified as from Inver Grove,
Minnesota.

No further action taken.
