CONTRAST
As I’m sitting doing my homework
I hear that she got new pair of trainers,
Even though I always do my chores
And do my homework.

It is really not fair how she how she gets

What she wants when she doesn’t deserve it.
And when the day comes to an end,
She gets upset for not being allowed to watch TV.

It really gets me angry

When she is rude to me because of one small thing.

She doesn’t clean her room,

Doesn’t do the dishes,
But as soon as she asks for something
She gets it with a huge smile on her face.

She gets to go anyplace she wants to go

And does anything she wants.
It is really not fair that she gets what she wants,
whenever she wants.

I’m sick and tired of seeing this and maybe they could
give me something.
Maybe I should start doing what she does,
Not doing anything nice and I could get what I want.

I’m just tired and angry of her getting everything that she
wants.
I just want to have something nice
And the small attention that she gets.
Whether it’s good or bad.

But in the end, we have fun together,

Whether I don’t get anything.
Because in the end I have her in my life
And that is more than I could ask for
