NON POTHWAR AREA BARANI TRACT
As desired by Secretary, P&D, the PC-II study of water
resource development in non Potohar areas Barani tract was discussed in a meeting held with the representative of Director General, ABAD on 26.10.2009. After detailed discussions the following changes were proposed to be incorporated in the PC-II:- 1. The study will be based on different ecological zones in non Potohar areas. 2. The man-months of team leader and other specialist involved in the study may be reduced as per actual requirement of the study. 3. The provision for administrative expenses (visit of ABAD staff, transportation, stationery and misc.) amounting to Rs. 1.500 million may be deleted from the PC-II. 4. Period of study may be reduced from 12 months to 6 months.
Director General, ABAD has been requested to provide the
revised PC-II in the light of above for placing PDWP.
