02.08.2023 wherein field tour program of D.G.Khan Region was sent to your Office.
2. Assistant Regional Manager along with Assistant Director Agriculture
(OFWM) conducted the field visit on 16/08/2023 of (site detail) wherein all aspects,
according to the circulated checklists, were covered and this report is prepared on the
inspection report performa which is attached at Annex-A. During the conducted field visit,
following shortfalls are observed:-

4. In view of above conducted visit, it is proposed that the shortfalls may kindly be
reported to concerned authority for rectification and further necessary action.
5. It is further submitted that after this field visit report, updated monitoring report of
PMU, NPIW-II, D.G.Khan Division is attached at Annex-C.
