Presiding Arbitrator to be appointed jointly by Nominated
arbitrators. Reminder being sent to the respective Judges.
Draft done and would be send on 23.03.2021.
Submitted & under discussion. NTPC Orally asked for
enhancement and our revert would be ready by 23.03.2021.
One letter issued to NTPC on the delay and probable extra
expenses. The annexure on costing being prepared and
follow up letter for cost on temporary diversion would be
submitted.
On land requirement letter issued and ICP removal has been
indicated as an essential requirement.
By 25th/26th reports to be updated as instructed. For
updations respective file has been sent to respective
nominated person from department.

Time Line Status
It is under process. Once newspaper publication done, we
will start carpeting work. We have already submitted letter to
- NTPC for the diversion of 11 kva electrical lines on 2nd of
March
In this regard we further submitted a letter to NTPC on
- monitoring cost.
Dump A is coming within Manjhli dari & Upper dari village.
- The chart is being prepared.
The area was inspected jointly and composite samples
- collected for analysis hopefully backfill may start within a
weeks time.
Construction of permanent magazine is almost completed.
Online application at PESO protal has been done by NTPC
-
and NTPC offical will visit Nagpur for further processing in
this week.
8 no's of volvo 440 tippers put in operation. 15 no's are
- being planned for deployment in next 15-20 days. Delayed
due to safety devices awaited from Upcountry.
