A Cabaret In A Day

Children from the school will join with visitors from outside in
rehearsing and performing a selection of songs and sketches on this
year’s theme of

‘Outlaws’
Rehearsals will start from 9.00 a.m. and there will be opportunities for set-building,
lighting, singing, dancing, acting, poetry recital, playing in the band, costumes and set-
design. During the evening’s performance, from 6.30 p.m., there will be a meal served
to the audience. The children will have helped prepare the meal and will wait at tables
when they are not directly involved in the performance.

Every effort will be made to accommodate as many parents as would like to attend the
meal, but this will be restricted to two per family until the morning itself when there
may be space for extras. Seats may be booked when returning the attached Application
Form. There will be a charge of £7.50 per head for the meal in the evening; all meals
for the performers will be provided throughout the day free of charge.
