• 1 pita bread/Lebanese bread or ready made pizza base.
• Tub of Leggo’s pizza tomato paste. • 200g Mozarella cheese, or pizza cheese • 3-4 ingredients (toppings) • Herbs of your choice. • Containers

Method:
• pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
• Spread the tomato paste evenly on the base leaving about 2cm around the edge of the base. Sprinkle any herbs you may want directly onto the base. • Sprinkle a fine layer of mozarella cheese (not too much) on top of the sauce. • Chop up all the ingredients and apply evenly spaced on the base. • Finally, sprinkle mozarella cheese to the top of the ingredients, once again not too much. • Let the pizza cook for about 15-20 minutes in the oven. • Remove the pizza from the oven and cut up using pizza cutter.
