1. Homestay Fees must be paid in full prior your stay and is NOT-Refundable if you cancel homestay before arrival or
leave the homestay before the end date of your stay.
2. In the event of damage or breakage due to the guest’s action or negligence, the guest shall be liable to the homestay
for compensation of damages.
3. The owner will not bear any responsibility for the lost of valuable or important personal stuff such as cash money,
jewelry, laptop, etc.
4. Any illegal activities that take place in the homestay will not be liable to the owner.
