A week every year for 25 years - You get holidays for a lifetime at today's prices,
thereby making the entire proposition largely inflation free.

3 Seasons to choose from - You can choose the season of your choice thereby
ensuring you get the best time as per your holiday requirements. Red Season (PEAK),
White Season (MODERATE) and Blue Season (QUITE)
              

3 Apartment Types - You get an apartment size suiting your family needs and
requirements.-STUDIO/ 1BR (1 BED ROOM) / 2BR (2 BED ROOM)

                                                                                          

 For Red Studio the cost will be Rs.367788 for 25 years and
initially you have to pay 15% Down Payment i.e. 55168 and you
can start your holidays.
 For White Studio the cost will be Rs.265702 for 25 years and
initially you have to pay 10% Down Payment i.e. 26570 and you
can start your holidays.
 For Blue Studio the cost will be Rs.160311 for 25 years and
initially you have to pay 10% Down Payment i.e. 16031 and you
can start your holidays.

Rest amount you can pay in 6 to 48 EMIs. 6 and 12 months EMI will be without any
interest and rest EMIs are 24,36,48 months with Diminishing Rate of Interest.
You have another option of joining an Interest Free Plan by making the 50% Down
Payment and the rest amount can be paid by you in 24 months with 0% interest.

ASF/AMF (Annual Maintenance Fees) depends upon the apartment size i.e. 8994 for
Studio Apartment every year
