My Mentors in Life

My 1st mentor is my mother. My mother is really affectionate. She is caring and loving. She's also
thoughtful and kind.
When someone is in need she don't hesitate to give a hand, and that's the reason why I choose my
mother as one of my mentor, I really idolize her because of her kind heart. My mother taught me to be
kind and not to be selfish. She also told me that when someone is in need don't hesitate to give a hand.
My mother gives light to our home everyday.

My next mentor is my sister, her name is Ivy Bonita Tabada . HRM graduate, she's beautiful, sweet,
kind and caring. My ate is a strong woman. I can say she is a strong woman because of all the
struggles she had encountered and the problems she had overcome. In an early age I can say that she
had a mature mind. She had been our 2nd mother when are family was in the difficult situation. When
our father died she then became the breadwinner of the family. My ate is 27 but still she's not yet
married, she set aside her own self and focuses on us her family. And because of her sacrifices, my
other ate finished in bachelor of science in nursing and now she's a registered nurse. And that's the
reason why I choose my ate ivy as one of my mentor, in spite of all the bad things that had happened in
her life she still stay strong. My ate told me something when I was complaining about being tired. She
said” Walay Santos kung Walay pag antos”. She's one of the positive role model and mentor of my life.

My 3rd mentor is my other ate, her name is Kwajalein Tabada. My ate kwaja is a strong woman, chubby
like me, she's beautiful, she's caring, sweet and kind. I choose my ate kwaja as my mentor because of
her perseverance. My ate Kwaja finished Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She took up the nursing
board exam last November 2009 and she failed, but because of her perseverance she took up again the
exam and she passed. I idolise my ate kwaja because of never giving up, and because of her
perseverance and eagerness to pass. She's one of the positive role model and mentor in my life.
