Highlights/ Summary of Activity:

The PIP/MSM Forum started at 8:30 a.m. facilitated by the Community Health
Outreach Worker (CHOW). The discussion was focused on the C-Plus Project and
how they as PIP/MSM can help in the business side of the C-Plus Project.

It was also decided and made clear to them that their responsibility as PIPs/MSMs
does not end with the project but will continue its education component with the
girls from the EEOs. It was also made clear to them that the LAC Secretariat will
monitor their C-Plus condom project. Also the President of their Organization, Mr.
Ronaldo Francisco will be also their representative to the LAC Secretariat.
In Kananga, Leyte there are more MSMs than PIPs but the organization included
both as active member in the C-Plus Project. Since most of the MSMs are
operating a beauty parlor they also become a member of the EEOs.

The meeting ended at 11:30 a.m. before the meeting of LGU representative started.
