1. Isip kabatan-onan, kami makahatag ug makatabang sa pagpasabot sa kumonidad mahitungod sa

IP Youth Empowerment Program ug kampanya sa 11 building blocks pinaagi sa pagtimbayayong
ug pag kampanya sa kalig-on nga ang panaghiusa ug partisipar/pag apil sa kalihukan sulod sa
ancestral domain mao ang giya sa tibook kalambuan sa ICC/IPS. Pag Edukar usab sa mga
panghitabo ug mga balaod nga nagasubay sa customary laws aron ang tanan magkasinabtanay
ug magkahiusa.
2. Atong palamboon ang pagtimbayayong ug panaghiusa pinaagi sa pagduol sa matag munisipyo
ug barangay ilabina sa Tribal Leaders ug Council ug elders aron ila kini masabtan ug mapahibalo
ang tanan alang sa kalambuan (Assemby and Gatherings)
3. Dialogue and courtesy call to NCIP, Ips, IPO, Council of Elders, IPMR, LGUs, and other related
group/organization nga makatabang sa pagpalambo niining programa ilabina ang kampanya sa
11 building blocks
4. Ang NCIP ug uban pang organization nga nasayod aning programa mao ang kaabag sa kabatan-
onan kay sila man maka giya, maka monitor, makapasabot ug makahatag ug kalamboan niining
programa.
5. LGU, Provincial government, BFAR, AFP, PNP, DENR, BFP, NGOs, Private Sectors and other
related groups/organizations could be the youths’ partners and making the program successfully
and meaningfully.
6. We need requirements/equipment like Place for the assembly, elders to advice, NCIP and Ips to
guide, Mobilization, instructional materials for the talks and dialogue, and most especially the
voices of the youths each municipal and barangay.

1. Have a Dialogue/Courtesy Call to the LGUs. Lay down all the goodness of the programs and give
them the facts how important the program and how it helps a lot for the betterment of the
community.
2. We are very happy and blessed because the NCIP-Camiguin CSC help us a lot. Guiding us what to
do, how to do, and what should we do. There is a formal meeting, assembly, talks, and
information about the success and development of the community. Programs was able to
disseminate well each municipal and barangay. We are able to witness the support, monitoring,
care and concern by the CSC staff. Hopefully, it will continue always and the future comes.
3. The IPMR shall have the promotion of the following factors:
a. Program about indigenous Youth, ensuring the collective ideas of the inclusive interest and
aspirations of the Indigenous People especially the Youth
b. Guarantee local government unit recognition of the primacy of customary laws and
practices sulod sa Ancestral Domain
c. He needs to maintain the progress and practices of indigenous people’s right act (IPRA) and
see to it na makasabot and kada munisipyo ug barangay nga iyang gilangkoban,
d. Naa pod dapat peace-building mechanisms and processes nga maka connect sa legal system
especially sa IPRA Law,
e. Dapat pod naay allocation sa funds for the cascading activities ug ipasabot kini kada
municipal ug barangay.
f. Most especially makahimo or maka mugna siya ug ordinansiya para sa kaayuhan sa IP
Youths ug sa tanang Indigenous People sulod sa iyang gisakupan.
4. The AFP and PNP plays a crucial role in preserving peace and harmony. Sila dako kayo katabang
sa katawhan ug sa IP youths sa pagpahigayon sa mga activities and programs kay sila man ang
magpalig-on sa pakigbisog sa kamatuoran ug kalambuan sa komunidad. Peace and order and
security is very important especially sa pagpadagan sa mga assembly, Dialogue and other
activities nga makahatag ug kalaboan. Maila usab sila sa mga kabatan-onan nga dali sila doulan
ug dili angay kahadlokan and they are ready for partnership.
5. Ang Partnership sa Sangguniang Kabataan ug IP-Youth kay and panaghiusa alang sa kalaboan sa
komunidad, mga activities nga mahilayo sila sa mga negativities sama sa mga rebels, terrorist,
communist ug uban pa nga grupo nga makadaot sa kaugmaon sa mga batan-on. Kinahanglan sila
mutingog sa kamatuoran aron mapahigayon ang mga programs and activities nga makaayo
kanila ug mahilayo sa dautan. Kay sila man ang kaugmaon sa nasod
