schedule)

ESTIMATED COST (neg) :    Residential = Php50 - Php 55 per sqm (minimum of Php10,000)
                                              Commercial = Php55 - Php65 per sqm (minimum of Php20,000)

residential units, condominiums, commercial and office buildings.

WE ALSO DO AS-BUILT PLAN FOR ONLY P1,800 PER SHEET (neg).

SCOPE OF SERVICE INCLUDES:
1. 4 COPIES (BLUE PRINTED 20X30)
2. SIGNED & SEALED
**for commercial/industrial: contract amount negotiable for as-built depending on scope fo works &
total area.
