Having a qourum the meeting begins at 1:30 pm with Engineer Relampagos as the
presiding officer.
 Since there were no other matters to be discussed Mr. Virgilio Palanca motioned to
adjourned the meeting and seconded by. Crisostomo Josol

The meeting adjourned at 3:00 in the afternoon.
